Balsamic Chicken One-Tray Bake

Ingredients
- 300 g mixed medley tomatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed
- 500 g chicken tenderloins
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g feta
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Arrange the tomatoes and asparagus on a roasting tray. Top with chicken tenderloins and crumbled feta. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (the timing depends on the size of your chicken tenderloins. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve!
