One-Pan Tomato & Feta Beef
Super simple but super delicious!
Servings: 4 bariatric serves

Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 500 g lean beef mince
- .5 tsp BBQ beef seasoning
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- .5 lemon zested and juiced
- 500 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 100 g reduced fat feta crumbled
Instructions
- Heat a dash of olive oil in a large nonstick pan on medium high heat. Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Add mince and cook for 3-4 minutes or until brown.
- Reduce heat, add rosemary, lemon juice and cherry tomatoes. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes. Sprinkle in feta cheese, stir gently and serve.
Notes
- Add some extra veg by serving with a green leafy salad
