Complete Surgery Coaching Package

A complete coaching package to support you through the initial stages of surgery. You’ll get a helping hand as you navigate through the pre-op Optifast phase, the fluids and puree phase and getting back onto real food. The complete coaching package includes:

• 1 pre-op preparation call (60 minutes)
• 4 post-op calls at 3-days post-op, 2 weeks post-op, 4 weeks post-op and 8 weeks post-op (30 minutes each)
• Guide to surgery e-book.

Each call will be tailored to suit you and the timings may be adjusted to suit your surgeons specific recommendations.
