I hear it every day. “I’m regular. Why do I need to take the fibre supplement?”
We don’t just ask you to take it for the fun of it. There is a very important reason! Fibre is essential for gut health and keeping you regular, but it can also help to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer and heart disease by lowering cholesterol and reducing stroke risk.
Boring old regular men need 30g of fibre per day and women 25g.
