Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place chicken in a baking dish then top with the feta, oregano, tomatoes, olives, lemon zest and juice. Season and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake for 18 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with mash.
