Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 banana or 1/2 small banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz!

Note: If you prefer, swap out the chocolate protein powder for plain and add a dash of vanilla essence.
